- A request to cancel a registration must be made in writing
- Use the website Contact Us to request a cancellation
- A 10% fee on the total amount refunded will be applied to process a cancellation
- Reimbursements will be provided via check (provide a mailing address in the cancellation request)
- It may take up to three weeks to process a cancellation reimbursement
